After seeing the Craigslist ad below, HMR bassist Jizzy Stradlin’ immediately left HMR to audition. He is presumed to be currently hitchhiking to Denver, CO. If his soul patch doesn’t completely grow in by the time of his audition, he may return to HMR.
Serious Bassist Needed for Creed/Nickelback Cover Band (Denver)
We are a SERIOUS rock band looking to get into some meaningful, powerful, christian, Creed covers. We’re looking for dedicated musicians who’s arms are wide open, under the sunlight, to welcome into this place. We’ll show you everything.
We need a bass player who meets these requirements:
1. Has a soulpatch
2. Wears longsleeve white buttondowns ONLY, that are only buttoned halfway up
3. Must have a silver cross necklace resting upon the said open chest hair
4. Must have hair long enough to make a tiny ponytail in the back, to symbolize how sensitive your are.
5. Must be able to look us in the eyes while listening to Photograph by Nickelback without crying.. We know it’s a powerful song but we’re looking for fucking men here, sorry.

THIS WAS POSTED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR KNOWLEDGE IM SORRY THIS IS HOW YOU GUYS HAD TO FIND OUT BUT IT WAS INEVITABLE BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY CREED ARENT HAIR METAL SO ANYWAY JIMI CAN I BORROW THAT BASS AGAIN I NEED IT FOR THE PICTURE FOR THE CREED BAND ALSO WHO IS NICKELBACK IVE NEVER HEARD OF THEM BUT I FIGURE I CAN PROBABLY PLAY THEIR SONGS AS LONG AS THEYRE ALL PLAYED ON THE LOW STRING ON THE BASS CUZ THATS THE ONLY ONE I LEARNED JUST THAT ONE STRING
