Hailing from Duluth, MN, singer Axl Sinatra’s first stage show was coincidentally his first day on earth. Born on stage during a live performance at the Duluth Opera House, he stole the show by immediately out-singing the seasoned performers who were on stage that day. Axl has been the frontman for many bands, earning him a wing in the sub-basement of the Duluth Music Hall of Fame. He has toured the world, warming up for numerous touring bands including Ball Funk, 3 Queens and a Queer, Perfect Piss Ants, Love Handel, Solar Sneeze, and Ticklesack. His illustrious career has also included time in the studio as a background vocalist for supergroup Bigg Canz. He can be heard on their albums An Additional Two Feet, Flaccid, Bigg Canz Live! — A Trail of Panties Coast to Coast, and 667 – The Neighbor of the Beast.
Axl is the lead singer of Hair Metal Radio because he’s the tallest and strongest and also because he had his own wireless mic which, at the time, no one else in the band could afford.
